Making White Bread!

white breadI love how the recipe calls it “basic” bread!

It is made from very simple ingredients, but is not basic in taste!

This recipe is dairy-free!

I used yeast, water, canola oil, sugar, salt and bread flour (not all-purpose flour)!

This is great for the oven too! Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and bake for 35 minutes.

You do have to knead and let the dough rise 2 times, follow the directions on the site!

The first rise is 1.5 hours and the second is for 30 minutes.

Here is a photo of my creations! One was in a glass square pan because I only have one bread pan.
