Crab Egg Rolls!

Fresh ingredients make all the difference! I made half of the egg rolls with crab and the other half without crab (plain). Just follow and enjoy this simple recipe.

Ingredients/Materials:

Panegg rolls

Wooden spoon

Tongs

Shredded cabbage

Shredded carrots

Water

Olive oil

Teriyaki

Freshly cooked crab meat

Won ton wrappers or egg roll wrappers

Directions:

Heat 3-4 tablespoons of olive oil in pan on medium-high heat

Add 2-3 handfuls of cabbage and carrots

Stir, while adding in 2-3 table spoons of teriyaki for 3-4 minutes

Add 2-3 table spoons of crab meat and stir around to shred crab meat and mix with veggies

(skip previous step for plain egg rolls)

Stir for an additional 1-2 minutes to heat meat

Take off heat, set aside

On a flat surface, lay egg roll or won ton wrappers down, wrappers have helpful directions too

Add 1-2 spoonfuls of veggies and meat diagonally to wrapper and use clean fingers to tap water onto edges of wrapper and roll, fold and roll again, and seal the end with more light taps of water

In a new pan, or clean the old one, reheat 3-4 tablespoons of oil on medium heat

Fry egg rolls on each side for 1-2 minutes, until golden all the way around

Serve with rice and a side of more teriyaki
