Portion size may vary, this recipe makes 4 small servings.
Lamb (I used .5 lbs of breast and cut thin slices, taking off extra fat)
Half a small onion (thinly sliced)
Saute ingredients together until meat is fully cooked and onions are tender
Put on pita
Soy plain unsweetened yogurt (1 serving)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3/4 teaspoon of dill
1/2 – 1 teaspoon of spearmint or mint leaves
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 table spoon olive oil
(Cucumber if you have it would taste great)
