Summer Lemon Chicken!

Just follow and enjoy this simple recipe for a summery chicken dinner meal.

A chicken dinner with lemons, rosemary, salt, pepper, garlic, olive oil, roasted garlic seasoning, half cup of chicken broth, red potatoes, carrots and onions.

Preheated oven to 400 degrees and roasted dish for 20 minutes and then at 375 degrees for one hour.

Check with thermometer for meat to reach 165 degrees, juices are clear, and chicken is thoroughly cooked.

Rosemary and one sliced lemon go inside the chicken. All other ingredients go around or on top of chicken.
