Mussels and Pasta!

Mussel Pasta

Just follow and enjoy this simple recipe.

You will need:                                                      Now:

1 pound of live mussels                Heat a sauté pan on medium-high

1 cup of white wine                         Bring wine and lemon juice to a boil

1/4 cup of lemon juice                  Add cleaned mussels, stir, cover

2-3 tablespoons of soy butter    Cook for about 8 minutes (mussels open)

2-4 servings of spaghetti              Stir in the soy butter and cooked spaghetti
