Pizza Please!

Yes, pizza is a weird and wonderful word. It is one of the few words that makes my stomach growl!
Here is my version of lactose-free pizza. Don’t worry if you are picky about your toppings, you can adjust the ingredients to make your tummy happy as well!


Step 1:
Find ingredients that are dairy-free. These are just the ones I found at the store, but there are others! (Just read the labels to make sure your ingredients are safe!!

Here are the key ingredients:
-Flatout Flatbread-Thin Crust Flatbreads-Rustic White
-Daiya Mozzarella Style Shreds OR Go Veggie! Mozzarella Shreds
-Enrico’s All Natural Pizza Sauce

My toppings last night were ham and pineapple, but tonight they are ham and yellow pepper.

Step 2: 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 3:
Make your pizza.

Step 4:
Put in oven to bake for around 15-20 minutes.
The cheese should be melted, and the bread should be nice and crispy when it is ready.

Step 5:
Let cool for a minute; then cut and serve!
