1 cup blueberries

1 cup frozen peaches

1 cup Good Belly probiotics

1 cup orange juice

2 tablespoons jelly

1 tablespoon peanut butter

2 cups ice
* Optional *

1 tablespoon honey

1 bananas

1/2- 1 cup spinach/kale

1/4-1/2 cup flax seed
