This was for an anniversary dinner that I made. It is very simple and taste great even if you are not a huge fan of wine!
Steak Marinade: dried rosemary 2 tablespoons, 2 cups of red wine, salt, black pepper, squeeze of lemon, marinade for up to 24 hours in the fridge, and then grill
Eggplant: preheat oven to 400 degrees, drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, and bake for 25-30 minutes
Asparagus: reheat oven to 425 degrees, drizzle with olive oil, salt, pepper, roasted garlic seasoning, and bake for 12-15 minutes
