Semolina Halava!

HalavaInspired by my favorite Hare Krishna lunch dessert, I found this blog that gives the recipe for a semolina-based halava.

Follow the directions, BUT for a dairy-free twist, I used soy-butter and it tastes just as good, you can even use some canola oil to help keep the semolina from burning.

This can be made with any kinds of fruit, I did not have any apples or pineapple, so I used strawberry jam and frozen peaches.
